Starting in the early morning, Chris embarks on an excursion to check on some new high seats that the Syndicate guys have installed in a small block near a quarry. But it’s not just about safety; they also take the opportunity to assess deer numbers and observe territorial behaviour, all while enjoying the beauty of the morning. We can see that the male deers are starting to become territorial, with massive bucks being seen throughout the surveillance of the grounds. Rather than start the hunt, Chris decided to let it go, respecting its maturity and allowing it to spread its genes. It’s a reminder that hunting isn’t just about taking down prey but also about conservation and responsible management. We also get to the beautifully cold morning, with birds and foxes enjoying nature.
